Michael Jackson Dies

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died Thursday in an LA hospital. Jackson was only 50 years old. The cause of his death is not known at this time.

Some believe that Jackson went into cardiac arrest and others think he suffered a heart attack. Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at Jackson’s home at around 12:30 p.m and he was not breathing. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to UCLA Medical Center.

Jackson’s death brought a tragic end to a long decline from his peak in the 1980s. When he was popular he dominated the charts and sparked up the stage. His 1982 album “Thriller” still remains the biggest selling album of all time, with more than 26 million copies sold.

Throughout the years his appearance became more freakish. His nose became narrower and his skin lighter. He surrounded himself with children and was often thought of as a child molester. This new image of himself took a toll on his career.
